Tournament Rules


Tournament Gate Fees

  • $6 per adult 13+ and $3 per child 6-14
  • Children 5 and under are FREE.

Concession Stand and Pets

  • No carry in drinks, food, or coolers are allowed
  • Thank you in advance for supporting our concession stand.
  • Pets are allowed (Please clean up after them)

Age Requirement

  • May 1st will be the designated date to determine ages. Photocopies of birth certificates will be required and should be kept in managers possession the entire tournament in case of challenges.
    • For example: To play with 13 year olds, a player must not turn 14 before the May 1st deadline (same for every age group).

      Tournament Refund Policy

  •  If any portion of a Spartan Park tournament is cancelled due to weather, the following is our refund/credit policy:-No cash refunds: All credits will be towards a Spartan Park Tournament that same year, or the following year. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable if a team withdraws from a tournament for any reason.

    -0 games played: Full credit towards a future Spartan Park Tournament minus a $50 admin fee

    -1 game started: 50% credit towards a future Spartan Park Tournament

    -2 games started: NO REFUND

Other Rules

  • METAL CLEATS ARE NOT ALLOWED . Players can wear molded rubber cleats, turf shoes, or tennis shoes.
  • No smoking
  • No carry in beverages or food
  • No metal cleats
  • No sunflower seeds or peanuts on facility
